AIFMP to celebrate diamond jubilee in Chennai

The All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) turns 60 this year and to commemorate their diamond jubilee year the federation has organised an evening of cultural programmes along with an awards ceremony on 5 July 2013 at The Leela, Chennai.

On the occasion, leaders of the printing industry for their contribution and achievements will be honoured. Dr K Rosaiah, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, who will be the chief guest at the event.

The keynote address will be by Shyam Taneja, a management guru who has written books such as  I Can I Will, Be a Leader, Manage My Time, Be a Fulfilled Person and Passion. Also, he authored programs like You Can You Will, ePaD (Leadership Development), and ePoS (Leadership Excellence).

In addition, Manoj Mehta, convenor of the diamond jubilee said, "We will be presenting many awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award to K S Venkataraman for his yeoman service in the area of finance and taxation for the benefit of the Indian print industry." 

AIFMP was registered in Madras in 1953 and since its inception it has worked for the betterment of the Indian printing industry and help it render better and more useful service to the masses. It is recognised by the Government of India as an organisation representing the printing industry on an all-India basis.

AIFMP are also the organisers of Pamex, one of the biggest print trade show in India. Pamex 2013 is scheduled to be held later this year on 14-17 November 2013 in Delhi.
