What does Zund signify for the Indian market?
Zund signifies opportunities for the Indian market.

What is the longest lasting Zund kit?
Zund is a 30 year-old company. We have quite a few machines, which are 20 year-old and still working fine.

A few key customers who use Zund in India?
Zund Machines find application in varied segments such as graphics, packaging, leather, textiles etc. We have close to 100 Installations across India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Some of the key customers are RR Donnelly, Classic Stripes, Any Graphics, SJS Auto, Zenith die makers, Avery Dennison etc.

What do you admire about Zund?
I really admire the passion with which we work. Every employee at Zund is passionate. I believe we sell ideas rather than just machines. Also, I am very impressed to see how my colleagues at Zund Switzerland pay attention to details.

One quality measure Zund follows?
Being a 100% Swiss product, is a giveaway of our uncompromising quality standards. Well, having said that, I would like to highlight that these machines are built to last. The components which go in to these machines are 100% Swiss precision engineered and produced in Switzerland.

How can Zund help a printer in India grow?
Zund Machines help the customer to add value to their print jobs. This ways each print job earns much more revenues than what they do now. Our cutting system helps to differentiate one from the competition. Further, In order to cater to the needs of our customers we have established a state -of -art demo facility along with Zund Knowledge Centre in Bengaluru.

At our Zund Knowledge Centre we impart training in specific batches to people who want to transform their creative ideas in to reality. This way the customers can always avail locally, the international expertise of Zund in terms of global market knowledge, after-sale services and training. Also I would like to highlight the fact that, Zund machines are very modular and versatile. These are designed in such a manner that they are not too heavy on the customer’s pockets. Initially the customer can buy a basic model and as he grows, can keep adding the various tool kits he requires on to this basic machine.

Your mantra at Zund?
Zund is still a family-owned company and is very approachable for our customers. Almost all our customers feel at home with Zund due to our personal touch. We realise that we will grow only if our customers grow and this is the basis of our functioning.
