Once Labelexpo comes to an end, the Ecoflex at Multitec’s stall and Vinsak LSR440 at Creed Engineer’s stall will go to the label converter’s factory, where a Vinsak LSR330 is already up and running.

The company’s fleet of narrow-web flexo presses include two Mark Andy presses, three Multitec presses, two Donghai presses and a host of finishing systems.

Saurabh Jain, director, A&A Labels, said, “The Vinsak LSR kit operates at a maximum speed of 300 metres per minute, which makes it capable of providing an output equal to five manually-operated Chinese machines with speeds up to 40 metres per minute that we use today. Plus, there is an advantage of lower footprint.”

Vinsak LSR 330 has a width of 13-inch, while 17-inch wide LSR 440 is equipped with an inspection camera for defect detection.

The company also plans to invest in a fully loaded press in the next fiscal year. “The plan is to go for a new 17-inch flexo press and an in-house platemaking system, which will enhance our portfolio. We are evaluating our options. However, the obvious choice would be to go for a Gidue or Nilpeter.”
