Rajeev Jagga of Ample Graphics, informed that the company has installed 21 lamination machines and 16 automatic rigid box lines in India. Plus four window patching machines and two paper straw making lines.

The paper straw line, according to Jagga, is the fastest on the market with a rated speed of 60 metres per minute.

The envelope making machine HP 250B runs at a speed of 10,000 envelopes per hour and the debutant Zihong Machinery’s folder-gluer ZH 1250C can handle mono-cartons and corrugated sheets.

Jagga said, “In these four years, the company has achieved the success of being amongst the top equipment suppliers from China with over 250 installations across the northern and western states. Recently, we have ventured down south and have bagged orders.”

According to Jagga, Ample has more than tripled its installation base in the past two years.

“With increasing labour costs, automation is becoming more economical. Larger volumes are also an encouraging trend in the packaging segment, thereby encouraging automation,” concluded Jagga.
