New technologies for newspaper printing: Manroland India

Manroland India is now a 100% subsidiary of Manroland Goss Web Systems, Augsburg. The first Varioman press will be in the Augsburg factory for testing and optimising until mid-October before it is dispatched to the customer.

The company is also sponsoring a plant visit to Namasthe Telangana, a Telugu daily based in Hyderabad, during the show to highlight Cromoman 4x1. Another highlight at the show will be the Manroland-Goss merger.

According to Rekha Sharma of Manroland India, the company is quite optimistic about the future, especially after the Manroland-Goss merger. “With the combined synergies, technical innovation, consistent customer orientation, and optimised services, we are on a sustainable path to success,” she said.
