Labelexpo 2018: Vinsak strikes three Lombardi deals

The multi-substrate Lombardi Synchroline fully servo press is equipped with movable cold foil, chiller, two die-cutting stations, slitter, turn-bar, relam, delam, sheeter, conveyor, and lamination. Visitors can also experience the inline Bravo flat screen unit and Toro hot-foil stamping unit. Both of these units are inline to the flexo printing stations.

The two Lombardi presses Synchroline 430 and Synchroline 530 were sold to Polylam Printers and Prakash Printers & Coaters respectively. Vinsak has also sold a Flexoline Plus to Mumbai-based Prakruti Graphics.

The machine opted by Polylam Printers is an eight-colour Lombardi Synchroline 430 flexo label printing press with a Toro flatbed hot foil system and a hologram unit.

“The Toro units provide hologram in setting, hot foil and embossing technologies inline with a single operation. This will allow us to print security-related applications,” said Vishal Pasricha, director at Polylam.

Lombardi and Vinsak are happy to have emerged successful in bagging this prestigious order and hope that this will only be the first of the many presses that Polylam will invest in the near future.”
