Market condition
To counter the other Indian printing press manufacturers, the X-CEL-36000 is competitively designed and priced. According to Kohli, the prices which are offered by the other Indian manufacturer are very low but there is lack of aftersales service and technological advancements.

He adds: “We have a strong aftersales service support and a design team. We are committed to the customer from the day the order is confirmed. Due to our competitive pricing and the strong after-sales service, the printers prefer to own a TPH product.”

Customer testimonial
Mutli-location Hindi broadsheet daily Dainik Hari Bhumi is one of the customers of TPH who has Orient X-Cel 36000 in its four printing facilities out of five. And the five printing facilities are Chhattisgarh, Raipur, Bilaspur, Rohtak and Jabalpur.
