Zenith launches Superflex
New Delhi-based Zenith Worldwide, the manufacturers of rubber rollers has launched Superflex, new generation compound for inking and dampening rollers.

ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing organisation manufacturers more than 700,000 rubber rollers annually in its 200,000 sqm spreaded facility.
Zenith offers rollers for sheetfed and web printing presses for most the available brands like Heidelberg, Komori, Manroland, KBA, Solna, Mitsubishi, Planeta, Miller TP, Sakurai, Adast and others.
Sumit Goel of Zenith Worldwide said that it took 18-months to develop Superflex in association with Germany-based Rubber Technologists. The newly launched compound is high chemical and solvent resistance, uniform wetting of the printing plate, maintain the required hardness for a longer period of time, excellence resilience with grinding tolerance of less than five microns.
We tested rollers manufactured by this compound at Navneet Publication, TCPL, Parksons Packaging and other big printing companies. We cater around 80% demand of rollers of Indian market.
