At Pamex 2026, Webtech International is showcasing the latest generation of its Labeltech series, as the company builds on a strong 2025 and sharpens its focus on both advanced flexo technology and international expansion.

“2025 was really good for us. We sold around 28 presses last year,” said Shivnnandan Singh, CEO and executive director. “We have also come up with a lot of new features, and this flagship press is what we are showcasing at Pamex."

They exhibited the Aeroflex Series, running live at 220 mpm with dot-perfect registration. The Labeltech S4 is a full servo with auto registration, ELS machine with double servo on plate and impression cylinder of the printing stations.

The centrepiece of Webtech’s stand is a triple-servo flexographic label press with a 690-mm working width. The press is built using German and European components throughout, including the gearing system. “Even the gears used in this machine are from Europe. That is one of the biggest strengths of this press.”

Designed on a common-base architecture, four printing units are mounted on a single base, resulting in only one joint for an eight-colour configuration. The press incorporates several automation-led features, including pre-pressure setup, which allows operators to set plate cylinder pressure without running substrate.

“You can also print formats as small as 5–10-mm, which means with the same tooling you can run higher repeat jobs,” Singh said. “It delivers perfect dot registration at high speeds of around 200-metres per minute.”

Response at the show has been strong. “The enquiries have been amazing. We closed one order yesterday, and another triple-servo 450-mm press is almost finalised for NMGL. Their branding is already done.”

Looking back at 2025, the company said its triple-servo and single-servo presses were the most in-demand, particularly for aluminium-based applications. “Customers were earlier printing aluminium on gravure, but because of wastage and high costs, they are now shifting.”

The Labeltexh press is positioned as a multi-substrate platform, capable of handling laminate tubes up to 400-microns and aluminium foils as thin as eight microns. “You can print on aluminium, PET, BOPP, practically everything.”

Enquiries at Pamex are coming from across sectors. “FMCG, pharma, everywhere. The focus is clearly shifting towards flexo presses.” Singh attributed this transition to several operational advantages over gravure. “Cylinder storage is expensive, cylinders themselves are costly, and setup time can take up to two hours. On this press, setup can be done in 15–20-minutes.” Lower plate costs, reduced manpower and faster changeovers are also driving adoption. “You need one main operator and one helper. Since it is fully automatic, it significantly improves efficiency.”

Looking ahead to 2026, Webtech’s priorities extend beyond the domestic market. “In India, we have gained very good names. This year, our focus is to cater to the international market.”
