Vistaprint claims that the face shield offers full coverage of the face for enhanced protection

With the Covid-19 pandemic continuing to do rounds around the world and the need for safety gear rising, Vistaprint, an eCommerce platform for customised printing products, has announced the launch of face shields. The launch comes at a time when healthcare professionals, grocery store employees, delivery executives and rail and air travellers require such equipment while interacting with others to avoid spread of the contagion.

According to Vistaprint, the "convenient and comfortable" face shields come with a large clear visor for maximum visibility and are equipped with an adjustable head strap, which allows for a proper fit.

Mentioning the specifications of the face shield, the company, in a press note shared with PrintWeek, stated, "The forehead padding in the shield allows usage for long hours without any irritation or discomfort. The shield is 9.5x10.9 inches, which offers full coverage of the face for enhanced protection."

It said the company has designed the shield in such a way that it "allows ample room for other equipment such as face masks and goggles to be worn with ease".

With its roots in the Netherlands, the company started operations in India six years ago and has its head office in Mumbai. Vistaprint offers products and printing services such as visiting cards, letterheads, and stationery for businesses and products such as pens, coffee mugs, calendars, books and clothing for individuals.
