Manoj Arora of Vardhan Printing Press, said, “I have been in the printing business from 1983. Earlier, we used to outsource printing jobs and our printers used to have Komori printing presses. As our clients liked printing quality on the Komori, we decided to go for the same make.”

The machine can print sheets from 0.04 to 0.6-mm. It shortens the time required for changeover between light and heavy stocks as the transfer cylinder gripper pad adjustment is not necessary.

Right now, we are not able to use the machine in full capacity due to the ongoing crisis but we hope to do it soon,” Arora added.

Vardhan is a commercial printing company which prints around 15 to 16 jobs per day with job lengths ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 sheets per job. “We do 100% job work. We planning to continue with commercial printing until we get potential books publishers to work with,” said Arora.

All the print production facilities from pre-press to dispatch the material are in-house.

Vardhan is a family-owned business with Arora’s sons Pulkit and Gagan helping him run the business.
