Trigon is the brainchild of Namugade and Milind Deshpande

The new machine replaces the HP Indigo WS6000 Digital Press at Trigon, which was installed in June 2017.

Trigon Digital Solution, which specialised in proofing and packaging mock-up services has over the past few years transformed itself as a one-stop solution provider for brand management services. With HP Indigo, they are now catering to the needs of short and medium run requirements of brands.

This new machine can print all the new HP Indigo ElectroInks launched by HP Indigo. With HP Indigo ElectroInk Silver one can produce ‘n’ number of metallic shades using the Pantone 877 equivalent. While with another new ink, HP Indigo ElectroInk Invisible Yellow and HP Indigo ElectroInk Invisible Blue, which is visible only under UV light, brand protection and security applications can be done. Though these inks are not new to the market but having these inks on digital platform means totally new applications can be developed using the variable printing capability of HP Indigo.

Anil Namugade, co-founder and managing director of Trigon Digital, said, “Digital is the present and future, and will play an important role in the offerings of print media. The key driving factors of digital printing for packaging are the need for brand consistency, accuracy, brand protection, and speed-to-market. Trigon has always invested in new technologies and stayed ahead of the market.”

This installation is expected to allow the company to cater to small and medium quantity label, shrink sleeve, and flexible packaging requirements of its clients. Trigon also aims to deliver special projects involving variable data printing and high-value packaging applications aiming at brand enhancement.

“Trigon helps brands analyse, create, execute, and empower brand experience across different mediums. We do this by bridging the gap between the creative brand vision and its culmination in print and deliver timely, high-quality services,” said Namugade.
