TNPL expansion plan

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers (TNPL) has recently ordered to produce 2,00,000 tonnes of coated board at its manufacturing facility at Manapparai in Tamil Nadu and this is the largest green field project in packaging board in the country.

The four layered coated board machine is supplied by Voith, Germany. The product profile comprises of Auro Grafik, Aura Fold and Aura Fold Blu, Aura Flute, Aura Pack, Aura Lite, Aura Celebrations and Aura Pearl.

TNPL is one of the leading manufacturers for writing and printing grades of paper in India, with an annual installed capacity of 4,00,000 tonnes.

TNPL is planning to appoint a wholesale dealers on pan India basis, especially for medium and large consumption centres for marketing the graded coated boards.
