Suba Solutions showcased its range of post-press and packaging machinery at the Pamex 2026 exhibition held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. G Balaji, managing director of Suba Solutions, stated that the Blankwiser is an internally manufactured product now recognised internationally. According to Balaji, the machine has been in the market for five years and is currently sold in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. He noted that the product has stabilised and is increasingly viewed as an essential component in the packaging industry, replacing manual stripping and blanking processes.
The company also demonstrated a carton erecting machine designed for the food, fruit, and vegetable sectors. While the hardware is based on a Chinese platform, Balaji explained that Suba Solutions developed the operational software in-house. This proprietary software and fine-tuning allow the machine to reach production speeds of 12,000-boxes per hour. Suba Solutions maintains an R&D facility equipped with seven workstations and two PLC programmers specialising in embedded technology and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Balaji reported a positive reception at the exhibition, noting that Pamex serves as a vital hub for the western and southern Indian markets. He confirmed that the company closed multiple deals during the event, including the sale of three machines from the display and two units of the Blankwiser.
Beyond the demonstrated units, Suba Solutions promoted its flagship Eterna line. Eterna, a company 100% owned by the Bobst Group, provides folder gluers and die cutters. Balaji stated that Suba Solutions was the largest seller of Chinese-manufactured die-cutters in India the previous year.
The company also featured the flute laminator, marketed under the names Lamy 5 Advance and Lamy 5 Ultra. In the corrugation segment, the company partners with Dinghao to supply equipment under the Biopack brand. Balaji mentioned that 19 sets of this equipment were sold over the last two years, citing the advantage of producing high-quality two-ply corrugated material at a lower cost for a broader range of companies.
