Founded in 1987 as Sethi Type College, the company has evolved into a multifaceted enterprise offering end-to-end visual communication and branding solutions. Rooted in tradition yet fuelled by modern trends and innovations, Sethi Documentation is incarnated today as a legacy of creativity, craftsmanship, and commitment which have grown stronger over the last four decades of its existence in the printing market. “Today, we act as a treasure troupe of all printing solutions, right from business cards to sun-board display graphics,” Harsimranjeet Singh Sethi, managing director, Sethi Documentation, said.
He added, “Whatever we print and produce, we ensure quality and timely delivery as per our customers’ strictest demands and deadlines. We could manage it all confidently without undue stress because of the family of capable Canon machines in our facility. Until now, we have owned six different Canon machines. Four are currently running active in our facility, among which the latest iPR V700, which we installed just a couple of months ago, is a perfect engine for printing in vivid colours and exceptional textures. For monochrome print production, we have Canon ImageRunner Advance DX 8905 and ImageRunner Advance DX 8786, while PlotWave T30 is for wide-format graphic prints.”
Sethi said the company has full trust in the brand Canon when it comes to quality, flexible, and consistent printing. Some salient features and capabilities of iPR V700 include its flexibility with a broad array of media comprising coated and luxury textured papers, synthetics, envelopes, and canvas. It handles both thin and thick substrates of 52- to 350-gsm in sizes encompassing SRA3, A3, A4, and long sheets up to 1,300-mm. Running at the speed of 70 A4 ppm, this Canon digital colour production press delivers graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2,400x2,400-dpi.
“Our first tryst with Canon started in 2018 with the adoption of an ImagePress C650. After that we kept on upgrading our portfolio with the constant additions of Canon machines from time to time,” Sethi said.
Sethi Documentation, which also runs Sethi Studio concurrently, is a one-stop corner for printing, custom apparel, corporate gifting, signage solutions, and more. Its customer base is expanded across Patiala, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Delhi-NCR, and beyond.
“We believe every print has a purpose. Be it business brochures, a personalised t-shirt or corporate gifts, we print and produce with intention and details,” Sethi said, adding that everything they have achieved today at Sethi Documentation is an outcome of the company’s committed team and highly-capable Canon machines. “We still look forward to expanding the family of Canon machines in our facility from time to time,” he concluded.
