The company will present Zonten’s latest-generation presses, including the smart series full rotary offset press, intermittent offset solutions, three-servo flexo presses, and intermittent converting machines, marking a major showcase of advanced label and flexible packaging production technology. Showcasing all the machines in 400-sqmt area, the company will be at booth C8/9.
Zonten and S Kumar Multi Products will jointly highlight a range of flagship models engineered to meet the dynamic demands of flexible packaging and narrow-web printing.
At the exhibition, Zonten will demonstrate the intermittent offset press for high-quality labels; intermittent converting machines ideal for both conventional and digital workflows; flexo units with servo-based precision and advanced finishing lines tailored for Indian converters.
Manish Hansoti, director, S Kumar Multi Products, said, “This show is an excellent opportunity for printers to experience Zonten’s latest technologies firsthand. We are expecting a large number of Indian visitors, and we are ready to guide them through solutions that can transform productivity and profitability.”
The smart series full rotary offset press, the star attraction, brings unmatched versatility and precision. The key features of the smart series include:
Full rotary offset combination press: 560-mm width, equipped with five offset and three flexo stations, capable of running 12-micron film at speeds up to 120-m/min.
High-precision servo platform: Packed with 10 servo drives and auto-registration, ensuring exceptional consistency across filmic and board substrates.
Flexible substrate handling: Designed to print on 12-micron films up to 300 gsm board, catering to diverse packaging applications.
The line-up also includes Zonten’s three-servo flexo presses, known for their robust build, stability, and competitive pricing. The company will additionally present intermittent offset presses, intermittent converting machines, and finishing systems — solutions that are increasingly popular among digital press owners looking for cost-effective post-press workflows.
The year 2024 has been a landmark year for the Zonten–S Kumar partnership in India. During the period, the partnership installed two full rotary offset presses; four intermittent offset presses; six inline and stack-type flexo presses; six intermittent converting machines and a range of slitters and die-cutting systems.
Two flagship smart series presses have already been installed at Avon FPP, Ahmednagar, and Sprinpak LLP, delivering excellent output, stability, and efficiency, validating Zonten’s engineering strength and S. Kumar’s technical expertise.
To ensure uninterrupted service support, Zonten recently deployed three senior engineers to India for fine-tuning and advanced training. With visa processes streamlined, the company expects even faster turnaround time for support, installations, and upgrades.
“We are happy that Chinese engineers can now visit India without delays. This elevates our service and support capabilities to the highest level," Hansoti said.
