QIPC-EAE acquires 3TControl Precision Systems

This acquisition highlights QIPC-EAE's ongoing dedication to innovation and efficiency in the print industry, promising enhanced service and expanded capabilities for customers worldwide. Menno Jansen, chairman of QIPC-EAE, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition: “In a contracting newspaper market, it is crucial to look for ways to consolidate and enhance efficiency. With a strong focus on innovation and customer service, QIPC-EAE offers a range of products designed to optimise print quality and production efficiency. 

Jansen added: “This acquisition allows QIPC-EAE to expand its product portfolio by adding a "mark-based" system to its offerings, which is particularly suitable for certain emerging markets.” 

Unlike QIPC-EAE's existing systems that use TIFF files to measure density from the image, 3TControl utilises a "cloud of dots" approach, eliminating the need for a complex workflow.
