PrintWeek Awards 2022: Manjushree Technopack wins Factory of the Year during Covid-19
Following two turbulent years of back and forth closing and reopening of vast swathes of the economy, coping with lockdowns, Manjushree Technopack’s motto was “serve the nation by ensuring continuous supply of essential goods”.

The MTL roadmap was stringent. This meant creating Covid war rooms and Covid isolation centres; as well as social-distancing infra. Not easy when you realise the company has operations in 10 states with 22 manufacturing sites.
Also, MTL has a team size of 5,000 employees. Other than standard Covid protocol, there was close monitoring of all of 45+ years employees.
Manjushree caters to packaging requirements across FMCG, F&B, home care, personal care, agrochemicals, pharmaceutical and liquor industries. It continued to do so.
As a spokesman shared with PrintWeek, “It’s been two tough years. Two years on, we can look back on that period with some sense of pride about how the packaging sector reacted, and how it has emerged.
