The company produced labels for pharma as well as consumables. Labels for MyoDrol, for example, had to prove best print and production values while adding security features. According to Any Grapics, Mobaj is a customised anti-counterfeit solutions using a combination of Fresnel lens, logo effect on side lens, hairline finish on surroundings and registered colour printing. “No one can make a similar looking label to create illusion,” claimed Any Graphics.
Any Graphics’ second sample, Cleanll again uses Island Labels, a patent-pending feature. Built-in holographic security feature is part of the label, which Any Graphics said, was very difficult to copy or clone. A cut-window allows visibility of the product placed inside the package.
The label-on-label for Leaf Fiber may be seem simple to produce, but was one of the most difficult labels produced thus far, claimed Any Graphics. Leaf Fiber wished to have a small label on top of a bigger one. Diameter of both the labels required to be different. Accuracy demanded was within the range of +/- 0.4mm. Bottom label required to be made of paper and top of film. Any’s design team worked on the label design and set the processes for producing the special label which used flexo and online screen process.
And finally, the Vintage Stores 1837 label with the feel of rust gave a vintage look and feel. The brief was to create a vintage looking labels so that the end-users should feel that not just the product but the labels is also a vintage collection. Commonly used metallic paper was used but the effects were created using combination printing technology.
The judges summed up the verdict in one line: The entire entry demonstrated innovative print and finishing all round.
