At PrintPack India 2025, Boxtech Bangalore is exhibiting a bunch of different machines. Ajay Nayak, the CEO of the company said, “Nowadays, we are updating with new technologies. We can also update with the technology comparing to outside India.”
Most of Boxtech’s customers are from the Western and Northern regions of the country. The company’s current focus is automation.
The Boxtech Velocity Plus is a high-speed carton folder gluer. It features a crashlock bottom with upper wheels and an electronic nozzle spray gluing system. Nayak said, “Now, we have come up with a concept machine with automation. It is a leaflet insert machine, that can be installed inline with the folder gluer.”
Some of the accessories that can be added to the Velocity range of folder-gluers include the crash lock bottom attachment, an auto clutch for feeders, an electronic batch counter, extended pressure delivery, and an electronic totaliser counter.
Nayak said, “We outsource cameras and develop software as per our client’s requirements. So, it is a customised machine, with a customer focus on the machine.”
In terms of how the show is going for the company, Nayak said, “PrintPack is a good show and has always been for us. Here we get people from all over India and neighbouring countries too. This is a very good platform. And as usual, we launch our new products in PrintPack.”
A Rohtak-based company has booked a folder-gluer, the Velocity 650 from Boxtech Bangalore.
