PrintPack 2019: Integriti to highlight Sate rigid box and Pakea canister kit

It will be a catalogue show for Integriti.

The Sate S700, as Integriti’s Kaushik Deshpande said, is a smart rigid box line with linear motion control technology. It boasts of the ability to manufacture T and H-shaped premium rigid boxes.

Deshpande said, “The job changeover time is 20 minutes, which helps especially in the Indian market where there is demand for low production quantity jobs.”

Deshpande also highlighted how paper canister and paper straws are burgeoning segments in India.

He said, “With the ban on plastics, most packaging in plastic pouches would shift to hermetically sealed paper canisters. At the same time, paper straws have replaced plastic straws and we have a machine which can make paper straws at the speed of 350 straws per minute. This machine is equipped with automatic splicing and high precision servo controlled cutting blades for the paper straws on the cutting mandrel.”

In India for Pakea France’s machines are installed at Pac O Pac Industries, Hyderabad (fibre drum line); Lead Edge Papers, Hyderabad (angle board protectors); Armour Packaging, Bengaluru (paper core line); and   Prime Pack Containers, Pune (paper core cutter).

Surat-based Nemlaxmi Books has installed Sate S700 smart rigid box line.
