PrintExpo and MediaExpo Chennai drew 16,089 visitors

The 15th edition of PrintExpo Chennai served as a platform for commercial printing and packaging technology. The debut edition of MediaExpo Chennai showcased digital signage systems, LED innovations, digital displays, materials, and fabrication tools. 

The co-location of the two expos offered an industry experience with 185 exhibitors showcasing printing, signage, and branding solutions.

Uma Maheshwari, first employee at Heutetrend and a visitor at the expo, said, “I felt like I was not in Chennai. It felt as if I was in Mumbai or New Delhi. The show was awesome as MediaExpo and PrintExpo both came together. We have got so much to learn.” 

Vaidhya Nathan of Speed Xerox shared, “I am coming to this show every year and every time we are getting new technology and information from which we are upgrading and developing our business.” 

Arjun Khosla, associate director and head of production system group at Xerox India, said, “We have been associated with PrintExpo since its inception. We have got an excellent response and visitors from different segments.”

The show highlighted product launches and technologies. Dilip Hariramani, owner, Simmac, discussed a new roll-to-roll printing machine, which is compatible with non-woven fabrics. In addition, P Murlidhar Rao, business manager at Pinnacle Technologies, spoke about the launch of direct-to-film printing with gold foil, cutting and creasing machines. Karan Arora, founder and CEO of Bhopal-based Coresigns LLP, launched the concept and a patented technology of the folding light box at the show. 

The next edition of the co-located, PrintExpo Chennai and MediaExpo Chennai is scheduled from 9–11 July 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
