Monikandan and Kumar of Phoenix Arts said that word of mouth and witnessing another customer using the Canon imagePress prompted Phoenix Arts to decide on the V700. 

“We knew about Canon products and its quality and service standards for a long time. Previously, we printed our works through a few printers in the city who were using Canon machines, and we were happy with the print quality. So, we chose the Canon without a second thought, and we still believe we have made the right choice,” they said.
