Pamex 2023: Line O Matic launches automatic reel to reel flexo machine

Ahmedabad-based Line O Matic launched an automatic flexo printing machine, the STM 125, for full colour printing on paper at Pamex 2023.

The machine incorporates a closed-loop chamber doctor blade system which ensures printing sharpness and registration. This combination can produce halftone printing, line-printing and also special dot-printing.

The company also highlighted its square bottom paper bag machine, the Crown RB200, where the maximum size of the paper bag is 200-mm.

The company has three different machines with respect to paper bag sizes.

“We have the Zest RB360, which can manufacture bags without under paperback and the Zest RB360 T for making twisted handle of the bag,” said Nirav Parikh of Line O Matic.

The company, which recently completed 25 years of its inception, has installed over 3,500 machines in paper bag and paper converting segments.

Parikh said the company achieves sustainability with the focus on the paper bag segment.
