Packnology inks new partnerships at Labelexpo Asia

As all four days of Labelexpo Asia 2025 were prolific and turned out to be a new milestone for almost everyone involved, the same holds true for Packnology, too. Brijesh Puri, founder of Packnology, says, “We have inked some new partnerships during Labelexpo Asia 2025. Our partnership with Hochen Technology, which specialises in advanced label & flexible packaging machines, was announced at the expo. Also, we used the expo as a platform where we offered more new solutions to our customers from India, which eventually made our portfolio much more comprehensive.”  

According to Puri, Haotian products & technologies were among the stop-stoppers at Labelexpo Asia 2025. He adds, “In fact, Haotian was the only exhibitor which successfully carried out live digital spot UV and cold foiling with Kyocera heads during the expo.” 

Haotian has fine-tuned Kyocera heads, Ink system and RIP software to such a finesse that nobody else can match the patterns which this perfect combo of three delivers. Haotian is the only company to manufacture machines using two different heads, viz, Kyocera and Xaar, simultaneously for ‘dual-head’ embellishment. 

Puri emphasises that every fine pattern or raised tactile texture is indeed a piece of cake for the dual-head Haotian embellishment engine. He added, “During the expo, Haotian was the only exhibitor demonstrating print and inline foiling with Kyocera heads at the speed of 41-m/min. We would proudly say Haotian is the only brand as of today in the industry to master digital printing, digital foiling, and digital spot UV in one go.” 

Packnology offers a line of hybrid engines which are made to meet the tailored requirements of customers demanding for digital WCMYK OGV, digital varnish either with cold foil and digital varnish or cold foil.

Another show-stopper from Packnology during Labelexpo Asia 2025 was an array of PRPC machines. “Six-head PRPC machine, which we presented at the expo, is remained to be the fastest, most accurate and economical digital cutting machine with Z-axis control through dedicated six servo motors for each head,” Puri said, adding, “Multiple orders of this configuration were booked during the expo.”

He continued, “Yet another thrill from Packnology, we exhibited PRPC 330 UV. It’s an entry-level all-in-one label press. This production engine is designed as one machine offering multiple tasks of print-foil-cut and slit. Also, we sealed a few deals of this multi-tasking machine during the expo.”
