OPA’s InterPrint Expo to be held in Ludhiana

Offset Printers' Association (OPA) will be organising InterPrint Expo 2014 at Kumra Palace, Ludhiana on 10-13 October 2014. The decision to organise InterPrint Expo at Ludhiana was taken considering constant demands of the printers of the region (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Chandigarh).

Parveen Aggarwal, president, Offset Printers' Association (OPA), said, “InterPrint is going to be the biggest show of the year, of its kind in India. We have already received confirmation from 23 printers associations of the region for participation this year for the first time; a separate pavilion will be there for the printers to showcase their products and services."

Kamal Chopra, general secretary, Offset Printer Association (OPA) said, “Printing and packaging is a growing industry in India, it is also one of the fastest growing industry in Northern India. There is rapid progress in the latest developments in the industry. Printers of the region are anxious about these latest developments, so that they can invest in the right technology. Ludhiana is excellent venue for the entire northern states.”

InterPrint Expo will have a special forum at the show, Used and Pre-owned Machinery Forum (UPMF), where printers from across the country can sell or buy pre-owned machineries. Offset Printers’ Association are creating a database of printers who wish to sell their machineries for the forum. Various national and international dealers of pre-owned machineries have also been invited to showcase their products or bid for pre-owned presses at the show.
