After being established in the photo album and commercial digital printing arenas, the group has made a strategic diversification into the label market. Now, the adoption of Kridwinn equipment has strengthened Dulari’s stance in the fast-growing digital label production market.
“Our investment in the Kridwinn equipment is part of our diversification into the label market; and these state-of-the-art digital label finishing and embellishment systems are remarkably differentiating our labels from others and meeting the evolving brand requirements,” Rahul Goyal, director, Dulari Printpack Group, said. He added that the systems are truly changing the value and outlook of labels into a whole new class.
The line of Kridwinn systems now changing the game of label finishing and embellishment at Dulari, include the Luxarjet UV Inkjet Varnish and Foil System (330-mm) and Vorey VD330 figital label die-cutter equipped with PC350 sheet option. “Following the installations of the Kridwinn systems, we are now capable to deliver premium labels with UV varnish, foiling, embossing, and high-precision die-cutting, either in roll or sheet format,” emphasised Goyal.
On why the company chose the Kridwinn equipment, Goyal said printing alone is no longer enough in today’s label market where post-printing innovations are vital, and products need to shine amid the competitors.
“In such a scenario, we find the Kridwinn systems perfect for what we require,” he added. “In addition to the high-end ‘value for money’ label finishing and embellishment equipment, we are quite satisfied with the team Kridwinn’s after-sales service support, which eventually made them an ultimate choice for us,”
According to Goyal, the company is preparing to offer premium-class foiling and UV embellishments in roll format, which it can pull off in exact capability using the newly installed Kridwinn systems. He said, “Even while our label press could add UV effects, we felt for further enhancements with depth, tactile finishes, and premium appeal, which we can do seamlessly now with the Kridwinn systems.”
With the installations of the Kridwinn systems, Dulari has now emerged among a select group of digital label converters capable of producing high-impact, value-added labels in roll form, a key advantage for nutraceutical, wellness, cosmetics, and D2C brands.
Jimit Mittal, director, Kridwinn Innovations, said, “Dulari’s transition into premium digital labels reflects a clear understanding of where the market is heading. Their focus on short runs, high SKUs, and value-added embellishment aligns perfectly with what our Luxarjet UV inkjet varnish and foil systems are designed to deliver.”
Mittal asserts that they are really proud to be partnered with a forward-looking team like Dulari, who are using technology not just to print labels, but to help brands stand out on the shelf. He added, “Our association is built on shared values of quality, innovation, and long-term growth.”
