According to Siddiqui, KGN decided to invest in the C2070 as its existing machine wasn’t able to deliver the print quality the market the market demanded. What tipped the balance in favour of the C2070 was 13x47-inches banner option, which Siddiqui said was not available in other brands. “Also, the print quality and click rates are very good,” he added.

The company is into job works and services all kind of customers, including commercial, and corporate. Beside the new machine, the company has plotters, cutting and lamination machines in its premises.

KGN prints average 10-15,000 sheets per month and Siddiqui said the number is increasing.

According to Konica Minolta, the AccurioPress C2070 high-speed digital printing press for advanced digital colour printing adds power, performance and simplicity to any production print application — up to 71-ppm print/copy output, real-time image density and colour density control sensors, and digital colour imaging to rival offset printers at a fraction of the cost.

“With the machine, we now have the advantage of giving quality print compare to our competitors,” Siddiqui said.

Established in 2000, according to Siddiqui, KGN is the first print shop in Noida Sector 62 to have the production printer.

Siddiqui is now looking to add a Konica Minolta AccurioPress C6085 once the company print volume reaches 30-40,000 sheets. He is also keen to add a mono range of product like Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 1100 in future.
