Indus Analytics’ masterclass on PPA framework

Print ERP provider Indus Analytics will explain about the importance of the print process automation (PPA) framework on 27 October 2021 at 3pm. Parmeshwar Patidar of Indus will be helming the masterclass.

PPA framework is a layered structure of SOPs, processes, functions and teamwork intended to implement the business process automation to the print industry with the right tools, work culture, and skilled team aimed for productivity, efficiency, profitability and scalability.

The masterclass will touch upon the challenges and losses faced by the printers and the solutions available to tackle those issues. Patidar will also present case studies of companies that have adopted the PPA framework and their views on it after implementation.

The masterclass will highlight the drawbacks of older business processes and aim to educate printers about how digitisation could make things easier in terms of running a press efficiently.

The masterclass will also have some surprises in store for the attendees such as free one-on-one sessions on how to implement the PPA framework and share all excel sheets and tools for free.
