Samir Limaye of IPMMI said, “I appreciate IIP’s efforts to encourage Indian entrepreneurs through the Pacmachine recognition programme. On behalf of IPMMI, I extend my wholehearted support to IIP. There are plenty of opportunities in the field of packaging machinery and the time has come to encash this, especially in the current industry scenarios.”

Sudhakar Umale of SPCE said, “Such awards will surely enhance the production and design of packaging machines. Pacmachine has showcased that there is a range of easy-to-implement methods to integrate automation and technologies under Industry 4.0.”

Priam Pillai of PCE said, “I thank the whole team of IIP for this initiative to recognise the Indian machinery sector in packaging. I am sure such initiatives will create a slew of opportunities to upgrade packaging equipment and technology.”

IIP introduced the Pacmachine Awards in 1992 intending to recognise the innovative designs and developments in packaging machinery. According to IIP’s Tanweer Alam, Pacmachine is one of the most highly regarded technology innovation awards in the industry, which has been receiving an overwhelming response over the years.
