Drupa 2024: Creative Graphics acquires five Shine LED Lamp Kit

Noida-headquartered and multi-location flexo pre-press house, Creative Graphics, has signed a deal for five Shine LED lamp kit, innovated by Miraclon, at Drupa 2024. These LED kits will be installed on plate exposure units at various locations across India.

Deepanshu Goel, founder of Creative Graphics, explained the primary objective of this investment: converting the existing systems to LED technology. The shift to LED is expected to save time, enhance the quality of printing plates, and improve consistency.

Goel stated, “The LED exposed plates will have more consistency and uniformity, eliminating the variability associated with UV plate exposure, which often requires precise energy calibration. With LED, the energy provided to the plate is consistent, resulting in superior plate quality.”

Goel anticipates “a significant improvement in plate making and printing processes, benefiting converters with higher-quality outputs. Our investment in Shine LED lamp kits from Miraclon marks a strategic move towards enhancing our flexo pre-press capabilities.”
