Digital textile printing to be the focus of Inkjet India 2012

The third edition of the annual international inkjet conference will be held on the 29 and 30 November at JW Marriott, Mumbai.

The focus of this year’s conference will be digital textile printing.

Various commercial and technical issues related to digital textile printing will be addressed at the conference. According to the organisers the visitors will have the opportunity to learn from a number of digital textile printing authorities who will provide valuable insight into the market.

The conference will cover various aspects of digital textile printing including equipment, inks, RIP software, fabrics and pre/post processes.

Fujifilm Dimatrix, a printhead manufacturer has signed up as a technology partner for the conference. Inkjet India 2012 will also see participation from different equipment, software and ink manufacturers.

Aditya Chandravarkar, chief executive officer -Inkjet Forum India, the organiser of the event, said, “This conference has been organised with garment manufacturers and textile production houses in mind. The main aim of the conference is to facilitate knowledge transfer platform to understand latest developments, compare technologies and make investment decisions.”
