According to the company, the decision to invest in Konica Minolta was primarily influenced by the exceptional sales manager.

“The persuasive explanation of product quality, reliability, extensive range, seamless integration, and eco-friendly features convinced us of its value. The sales manager’s professionalism and comprehensive understanding of the product played a pivotal role in our choice. Konica Minolta not only offered a superior product but also provided robust training and education support. Their training programs ensured our team was well-versed in operating and maintaining the equipment effectively, further solidifying our confidence in the investment,” a representative from the company said.

Chitra operates within a strategically organised facility. Its infrastructure is powered by its equipment, including the Konica Minolta C8000, installed in 2016. In 2018, the installation of the Konica Minolta C6085 further bolstered its operational efficiency. The most recent addition, the Konica Minolta C12000, was integrated into our setup in 2023, marking a crucial milestone in expanding its printing capacity and maintaining high-quality output. These investments underline the company’s commitment to utilising cutting-edge technology and ensuring top-notch services.

Following the strategic investment in new technology, encompassing efficient operations, market expansion, refined pricing strategies, cost management, and stringent quality control, the company anticipates substantial growth.

The representative said, “The infusion of advanced equipment like Konica Minolta digital printing presses empowers us to meet diverse client needs promptly and with superior quality. By optimising our operations and enhancing our market presence, we anticipate a significant return on investment. This strategic approach not only ensures financial gains but also strengthens our competitive position, allowing us to capitalise on emerging opportunities and deliver exceptional value to our clients.”
