19 shortlists for India at New York Festivals Advertising Awards

Indian agencies managed to notch as many as 19 slots in the shortlists for the New York Festivals Advertising Awards for the 2020 edition. Among them, Cheil India has seven, TBWA has five, BBDO has five and Tribes Communications has two entries.

Cheil India got its seven for Samsung's ‘Good Vibes: Now, words aren't just heard, but felt'.  

TBWA India's five shortlists include three for ‘One Mindful Mind' and two for ‘Blink to Speak'.   

BBDO India’s five shortlists include ‘40 Years of Indian Advertising' and two are for ‘Sons #ShareTheLoad'.

Tribes Communications has two shortlists each for Honda's ‘Life Saver Boards'.

Scott Rose, executive director, New York Festivals Advertising Awards, said, “We’re thrilled with the calibre of this year’s cutting-edge entries. The 2020 grand jury judged thousands of entries and set a high bar for the shortlist. As always, running a fair and competitive top-flight competition judged by prominent international creatives was our goal at the competition launch in October.”  

Winners will be announced on 2 May.
