Fortec Binding Systems

Coimbatore-based Fortec Binding Systems is the manufacturer of semi-automatic hard case binding and casemaking machines. At the show the company will display its standard products such as case-making machines, case-in machine and joint-forming machines. Fortec has also plans of launching a machine at the show, the details of which are still under wraps.  

Among other products, Fortec will be showing live demonstration of Fortec 600FT which can produce the case of maximum size 360mm x 552mm with production speed of 250 cases per hour. It is capable of handling board from 0.5mm - 7mm thick. It can produce case using paper, laminated paper, coated paper coated and rexin.  

The casemaking equipment can be seen at Fortec Binding System stall in Hall 7 / Stall D12/02   

Galaxy Propac   

Galaxy Propac which represents Eltosch Germany for customised retrofit / upgrade of UV / IR / thermal drying systems, Shanghai Yoco for automatic die-cutter, foil stamping, carton inspection machine and Foiltone for cast and cure system and cold foil systems.  

At the show, Galaxy will demonstrate Eltosch UV equipment and carton inspection machine from Shanghai Yoco. The same machine which was displayed at Drupa 2012.  

The software of the inspection system has been improved to achieve higher inspection capabilities and transport system.   

The Eltosch system can be seen at Galaxy Propac stall in Hall H2 / Stall H-17/07

Line O Matic Graphic Industries

Line O Matic Graphic Industries is a prominent manufacturer and exporter of exercise book machine and cut size sheeter with ream wrapping machine, reel to sheet ruling machine, folio size sheeter, automatic counting and folding machine, central thread sewing cum folding machine, spine taping machine, pasting machine, hydraulic book press machine etc.

The company claims to have an installation base of over 1,200 installation worldwide.

At this year’s show, Line O Matic will showcase the latest version of automatic exercise book machine RB 120 with a reel width of 1200mm. The excersie book machine is equipped with reel unwinding stand, ruling or flexo printing tower, cross cutting unit, sheet overlapping unit, sheet counting and collating unit, one inserter for pre-printed index sheet and one inserter for pre-printed title covers, wire stitching unit, folding unit, square back pressing unit, front cutting unit, book separating cutting unit, book delivery table, waste removal system and centralised control panel (PLC).

RB120 can be seen running live at Line O Matic stall in Hall 5 / Stall C09/01 and C08/02

Mahalaxmi Rubtech (MRT) is an ISO 9001:2000 certified public limited company, with long standing experience in the field of textile blankets’ manufacturing. Also, being a part of the reputed Mahalaxmi Group, which has been involved in manufacturing and marketing of textile, chemical and rubber products for over 40 years, MRT possess all the technical knowhow in this segment as well.

With European blankets being expensive and Chinese blankets being low on quality, Indian made blankets would be an alternative for Indian offset printers. At the show, the company will be displaying its offset printing blankets for various printing applications including, sheetfed, newspaper, UV, metal, plastic, packaging etc.

Radixweb

Radixweb, the software development company will be exhibiting at the show for the second time.

At the show, the company will be showcasing OnPrintShop web to print solution to help printers go online and offer 24x7 personalised ordering. In addition, the company plans to launch CorelDraw Template Engine, regional language support (Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, etc.) in online designer studio and Trade Printer Solution.

Besides, Radixweb will also launch for the first time in India an online photo album and variable data printing solution at very affordable pricing. Radixweb also plans to have a B2B meeting for Indian printers to explore opportunities in European markets.
