Morgana Autocreaser Pro

Plockmatic International, the Swedish developers and manufacturers of document finishing technology, has acquired Morgana Systems. In India, the distributor for Morgana Systems is Malhotra Graphics, who is confident that the acquisition will only add to their advantage in Indian market.

At PrintPack, Malhotra Graphics will showcase Morgana AutoCreaser Pro at its stall Hall H3 / Stall J-19/11.

When a digitally printed output is folded, there is a problem of cracking. Same is the problem with conventionally printed card, laminates or cross grained stock. The fully automatic AutoCreaser is an appropriate solution to this problem. The AutoCreaser Pro can impose up to 16 creases per sheet.

It is equipped with 7inch smart-screen controlling all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro 50. Given the type of fold and sheet length, the AutoCreaser Pro 50 will automatically calculate where the creases need to be and set them accordingly.

It has the new Morgana PosiFeed feeding system. The drum stops as the vacuum pulls the sheet down before the drum starts to feed. This significant change will enable the feeder to be piled higher and feed the most difficult of stocks.

An alpha-numeric memory stores unlimited number of jobs, which can be recalled easily. The machine offers perforation as standard operationwith a wide variety of wheels available to suit all applications.
