Most of the stationary manufacturers are on our radar. Especially, who have ruling machines and conventional system to produce the final products. Post installation of the machine, these stationary manufactures can target customers like ITC and other giants.

What are the available configurations and sizes?
This machine is capable of pinning, folding, squaring, and cutting and shrink wrapping in one go.

What is the USP of the product?
The machine is operator-friendly. Usually, the claimed speed of the machine is not easily achieved by all customers. With our press, converters would be able to achieve that.

What is the speed?
It can run 30 cycles per minute.

How flexible is the product? Can the product be custom built as per the customer’s requirement? 
We have taken the broadest size in consideration while designing the press. Therefore, it eliminates the need to customise the machine on this front. However, we can increase the number of stitching heads; presently we have options of having 3 to 12 stitching heads on the machine.

What are its eco-friendly credentials?
The energy consumption levels match the global eco norms.

How easy is it to use?
It is simple to use machine. Makeready time from one thickness to another is minimal.

What training/service support is on offer?
We provide every possible training services and support. Our technicians go to install the machine and trained staff there. We also provide training at our facility.
