Lack of a single collective and cohesive voice representing the whole industry.

Integrity, long-term orientation and good problem-solving skills.

What is your most ‘wow’ moment?
Paragliding from the second highest site (5000 feet above ground level) in the world.

One print blunder you made?
Succumbing to the customer’s pricing pressure and ending up losing money on a high volume job.

Ability to ramp up and ramp down operations.

Which living print person do you most admire?
My father, Ajay Kumar Soni. I admire his passion, perseverance and integrity.

Which print technology is the future?
