When was the product launched?
The MK 1060 M/MF was launched in 2007.

This machine’s target customers are commercial printer, consumption packaging, cigarette packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and cosmetics packaging industry.

What are the available configuration and sizes?
The die-cutter is available in MK 1060/ 920/ 1020/ 1450/ 1120/ 1700 variants.

What is the USP of the product?
The USP of the die-cutter is its efficiency, die-cutting force, silent operation, accuracy consistency and its speed.  

What is the speed?
The machine has 7,700 sheets per hour speed.

What about productivity?
The die-cutter throughputs 40,000 to 50,000 sheets in a single shift.

How flexible is the product? Can the product be custom built as per the customer’s requirement? 
It is very flexible because of it is easy to operate. It’s a standard machine with various options. 

Explain the features…
MK1060MF automatic die-cutting press with stripping is an improved design of the MK1050 model. The feeder is made of lightweight aluminium alloy with hard coat anodising finish and designed with ease of adjustment to suit various paper stocks. The new platen is made by special heavy duty castings and high tensile strength materials. It can increase at least 25% of strength to ensure long life and vibration free impression.

How easy is it to use?
It is operator friendly.

What training/service support is on offer?
We can train operators to for the die-cutter at our machinery centre across the country. The machines will be backed by Manugraph’s after sales support facilities.

How many customers worldwide? 
We have more than 3,000 installations worldwide.
