What are the updates from the last edition of Pamex at your company?

Last year, we received orders worth more than Rs 2-crore in Pamex. This year as well, we’re expecting even more business in the upcoming show. We have introduced innovative products and features that have enabled us to expand to several countries while securing repeat business. This has helped us establish ourselves as a top-notch company in India, which fills us with pride. As part of our latest initiatives, we have focused on automation to simplify our work processes and reduce the need for manual intervention.

What is the star product in the bouquet of products you will be showcasing at Pamex 2024?

We are proud to showcase our outsert folder, which is made in India. This folder boasts innovative features that can help pharmaceutical printers set up jobs quickly and accurately, resulting in increased output. In addition to this, we are also showcasing our new product line of automatic booklet/commercial folders for the printing industry and double-head taping systems for pharmaceutical printers.

What are the three highlight features in the kit/software that the visitors should look out for in your star product?

We have introduced new products this year, which include innovative features on how to save time when setting up a job on an outsert folder by knowing about the patented cross-fold machine, easy knife changes, raised pre-setters and more. Moreover, visitors can witness the automatic fold setting in our commercial folders.

A label converter may consider the pharmaceutical market, fix-o-form and complete multilayer labels with small inserts.

We have seen packaging converters/commercial & book printers invest in new kits/software from the last edition of Pamex. What are your installation numbers in India and worldwide? And in 2023 to date?

Yes, it seems that in the aftermath of the pandemic, many industries are moving towards utilising local suppliers for their material needs. This has resulted in increased investment in packaging converters and commercial printers to enhance their print quality and inspection systems. Our company has sold over 2,000 inspection systems with folding machines in India, and more than 3,000 installations worldwide. We have also gained new customers in new countries, resulting in repeat business in 2023, which has nearly doubled our business.

Your outlook for 2024-25?

The world is rapidly moving towards automation, and we must adapt to this change quickly. Therefore, we have decided to focus on incorporating various automation-oriented features in our products.

For the first time in our history, we are showcasing the complete outsert setup and launching the two new products – the automatic commercial folder and the auto tray packer at Drupa 2024. We cordially invite you to witness the latest innovation at our booth, 6 D38 Drupa, Dusseldorf, Germany.
