What is the trait you most deplore in our industry?
The Chalta hai (It is okay) attitude.

Turnover: Rs 7.5 crores; 52 employees; four machines.

What is the trickiest colour that you have had to print?
I have found that printing a small image on a solid black and grey background can be very tricky.

Greatest strengths of your printing firm?
Value for money, quality product and timely delivery.

What is the quality you seek when you hire?
The candidate should be responsible and a good listener. It is very important to be passionate about one’s job.

What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A firm which follows sustainability guidelines, and is able to deliver products on time at the right price.

What is your favourite Make in India print brand?
Pragati Offset in Hyderabad.

What do you most value in your customers?
When they are open to listening to ideas about products, creativity and execution.
