What is the Natgraph drying and curing machine?
It is a new offering perfecting drying solution for rotary screen, flexographic, slot die-coating, gravure and other printing and coating methods.
 
What for and why is drying and curing important?
In any form of industrial printing, as the deposition of the ink is very dense it needs a proper drying and curing system attached to it. Natgraph has been in this business since 1980, providing the industry with printing drying and curing systems, and auxiliary equipment such as specialised conveyors to better automate your process.

How does it work?
It refers to any process of applying coating, printing, drying/curing or performing other processes starting with a roll of a flexible material and re-winding after the process to create an output roll. When the rolls of material have been coated, laminated or printed and dried/cured they can be subsequently slit to their finished size on a slitter rewinder.

Reel-to-reel (R2R) processing is a process which is used widely across the globe.
 
What is the USP?
Natgraph’s three key energy saving features offer energy reduction of up to 50%. Besides, precise temperature control, tight temperature uniformity and variable airspeed are standard, while optionally, infrared is available in various forms to meet your needs. PLC control is provided as standard.

How easy is it to integrate and use?
Easy integration and installation into any printing and coating line. We just need to know the application and width of the printer. This dryer can be operated easily as a smart HMI screen has been given to control temperature and speed parameters .
