A practice to make working wonderful for women
Women, or men for that matter, would like to work at an organisation where they see growth. A simple practice would be to have an equitable and encouraging environment where women are motivated by seeing in practice that their hard work can bear fruition and that success and growth can be achieved even in a male-dominated industry like print or paper.

If you were to start again
If I were to start again, I think I'd not be scared to start or do something new in terms of a practice in the company or a change in the products we can sell or starting even a new division. I guess in the start, it's quite intimidating if you want to bring about a change, but with time, I've learned that changes are only learning curves it may go well for you or may not perform as per your expectations, but you will always learn something new.

Most difficult moment for you
I guess in the start, I was quite overwhelmed with the lack of women in the industry and the constant reminder that this is a male-dominated industry. If I were to start again, I'd tell my younger self that it's all going to be okay, since I have personally seen that everyone is extremely welcoming to new talent and whether you are male or female is absolutely immaterial in the long run.

One mantra for every new woman employee
As women, we are used to playing several roles be it a daughter, sister, wife or mother and we constantly prove that we can do it all. In the same manner, we should look at these other responsibilities we have as our driving force and strength to work hard, and not as a deterrent to our career growth. Remember, there is nothing that we cannot achieve once we put our minds to it.

Brands that use print-packaging the best

Purely from a consumer perspective, the agarbatti brand Phool has got its packaging bang on. Be it the colourful festive theme or the gold foiled boxes, it's like the essence of India that is wrapped up and delivered to you in one box.

Added bonus is the beautiful unboxing element they've added with a signed card from the person that handmade the agarbattis for you. Another standout brand for me would be Haldirams, a brand from New Delhi with a legacy in the food industry, which has adapted so well with the changing times by coming up with attractive packaging.
