With an output of 7,700-sheets/hour and short set-up times, it stands for productivity and cost-effectiveness up to the 106 formats. It can process print substrates ranging from 90 to 2,000-g/m². Even corrugated boards up to 4-mm thickness can be processed. It has multiple operations like heavy embossing, cutting, embossing and stripping in a single pass, kiss-cutting, creasing, de-embossing, scoring and perforating.
 
Popularity quotient
The die-cutter improves productivity considerably when compared to conventional hand platens and cylinder presses, thanks to higher speeds and a larger sheet format. The integrated stripping function saves a manual production step.
