INSTALLATION
After the first successful installation from C&C Carraro, Italy at a North Indian site, a further line of CI flexo machines are under manufacturing at Manugraph’s Kolhapur plant and are now ready for demonstration for the customers.

UTILITY
The press offers a maximum speed of 350mpm and its repeat range is 400-850mm; the maximum printing width is 1,300mm. It has a servo shaftless platform, including a fully automatic turret type unwinder and rewinder. One of Manuflex’s key features is an auto-deck position control, which helps accuracy in pre-register.

The set-up time is also reduced to a minimum, which helps in reducing start-up waste. Major components on the press are sourced from Europe, such as the central drum, servo drives, PLC and controls, which guarantees reliable machine performance for a long time. Additionally, Manugraph’s after-sales service is available for customer worldwide.

POPULARITY QUOTIENT
Manuflex 1308-350 has been manufactured by Manugraph in collaboration with Carraro SRL of Italy. The press belongs to a new generation of gearless CI flexo presses and is the only made-in-India machine, which offers a distinctive edge with key features made to suit the Indian market.
