They are a trio; Himanshu, Rahul and Karan. Himanshu is the go-to-man for the tech troubles and tech jugaads on the shopfloor. Of what we know, he can successfully dismantle a machine and assemble it, too! PS: Himanshu loves to gloat about the room full of spares at their unit. It’s one of his favourite rooms.

When did you decide to join the business?
During my college days.

My 10-colour Gallus.

Flexo technology.

Honesty is the best policy .
If you won Rs 25 crores what would you invest in? Why?
Myself. I am confident I will do justice to it.

My father. He has been in the print industry since 1975.
What’s the first thing you do on entering the office?
Prepare the schedule for the day.
When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
I need to learn something new, now.
Cat naps? 10 hour snooze? Or catch up on sleep during the weekend?
