When did you decide to join the business?
I had always wanted to join the family business. It was while in college that I made a concrete decision.

Where do you learn the tricks of the trade? In an executive education programme or on the job
Being hands on and being mentored by dad were the major contributors to my education!

What is your greatest print / business achievement to date?
Never thought of things as “best”. But whenever we do something new, it excites me greatly.

The most frequently used mantra in your organisation? Your motto in life?
Lately it has been ‘Being uncompromising’; at every level.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
It will be about bettering infrastructure and having easier tax laws and ensuring that they are enforced.

My brother, Harsha Paruchuri. He is the print whiz.

One person who impressed you with wisdom. Why?
My father, Narendra Paruchuri, who mentored me from the time I joined the business.

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
Pride, respect and excitement that collectively we’re producing great quality. Then, I try to figure out how it was done.

Biggest luxury on your shop-floor
Having a great team who can handle and solve problems.
