Manish Vasavada, executive vice-president, sales and marketing, Rajoo, said, “We were a bit apprehensive in terms of the exhibition and the related footfall due to the residual Covid situation. Nevertheless, we wanted to earmark our presence in the exhibition with full strength and commitment to the industry that we are ready to cater to all the critical needs of the converters.”

He added, “Post-covid, the packaging sector has witnessed a steep upward trend, which calls for the converters to innovate and differentiate the packaging philosophy for higher shelf-life and ease of handling and increased volumes. So, there are tremendous opportunities for the packaging industry in terms of developing unique polymers and their combinations, and enhanced processing capabilities for the machineries.

Vasavada said the company received a tremendous response from the visitors. “The footfall was above the expectations and the interest shown by the visitors was at an increased level with very specific requirements. So, it was a big success for us,” he added.
