Lombardi Synchroline 430 UV flexo press

The Synchroline was born as the servo motor upgrade to the Lombardi Flexoline model launched in 2007. Some of the mechanical components were already present on the Flexoline press got a dramatic deflection.

The Lombardi Synchroline, launched in 2011, got the servo motors powered by a new electronic board with a system of register control, to make the press more accurate, says Ranesh Bajaj, managing director at Creed, the Indian representative for Lombardi.

The first Lombardi Syncroline 430 was installed in India in July 2015 at New Delhi’s A&A Labels.

The Synchroline 430 can accept rolls in sizes up to 450, has a pre-register system, a Corona treatment unit, a Lombardi patented Air Blade System (ABS), and a servo motor on each of the eight units of the press. The press at A&A is equipped with a die-cutting unit, an overhead adjustable relam-delam and cold-foiling attachments.
Watch out for four more installs, which Bajaj says, are under process.
