The digital label printing machine is capable of short- as well as long-run jobs for label printing. “It can print 1-1,000-metres of labels with the press of a button,” Parag Shah, CEO, Hitech Systems, said. “It’s a Japanese engine by Oki with Korean operating system and software. The machine is reliable.”

Another digital printer is capable of printing on a variety of substrates, including stand-up paper pouches, recycled paper and can produce spot UV effects with better whites.

“The newly-launched die-cutting machine can do half-cut, full-cut, V-groove, crease and perforation on kappa board (up to 4-mm), sun board (up to 5-mm) and foam (up to 10-mm),” Shah said. “It also comes with a three-year warranty, which is not offered by anyone.”

Additionally, Hitech also showcased its bestselling creasing and perforating machine – the Pitstop DGline 8000 – at the show with updated features. According to Shah, the creasing and perforating machine from Italy can save up to Rs 1,00,000 worth of paper every month for an offset printer who does 20 jobs a day.
